CLEANING SADDLES FOR FLIGHT BARS

Druseidt spring loaded cleaning saddles lend on the design of their counterparts in the plating industry, the Druseidt spring loaded contact. These cleaning saddles are coated with a specially developed long lasting fleece that cleans the flight bar every time it passes through the cleaning saddle. These cleaning saddles would replace prism support in either a rinse tank or in a staging area, this way an often inconvenient and sometimes inaccessible cleaning operation will be done repeatably during the automated plating cycle. This will result in reduced power losses between contact saddles and flight bars insuring optimum plating processes.
